Services

Karri Care provides support services to people with disability, including personal care, domestic assistance, social and community participation, and more. Services are delivered in line with individual support needs, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and applicable legislation.

Eligibility

Our services are available to:

• NDIS participants with approved plans

• Privately paying clients

• Clients who have signed a Service Agreement with us

Bookings and Cancellations

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee as per NDIS pricing arrangements.

Payment Terms

• Payments are managed via your NDIS plan, plan manager, or privately, as agreed.

• Invoices are issued regularly, and payment is required within the agreed timeframe in your Service Agreement.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Safety and Conduct

Karri Care has the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw services if:
